Ordering Cakes

How to order your cake

Please use the contact form on this website, or e-mail us with your request, and we will reply with a quote.

When should you place your cake order?

We like to have at least two weeks’ notice for an order, longer for a complicated wedding or novelty cake. If you need a cake or cupcakes at shorter notice, we may be able to help, depending on how busy we are; please contact us as soon as possible in this instance.

Delivery and collection of cakes

We can deliver an order within the local area (Camberwell, Herne Hill, Dulwich, Brixton, Peckham or Greenwich, Shooters Hill, Eltham, Welling), but will have to charge a small fee to cover petrol costs for locations further away. Otherwise, we are happy for you to collect your order.

Deposit & payment

Once you are happy with your quote and we have worked out all the details of your order, we will ask for a deposit of 25% either via bank transfer, by cheque in the post, or cash in person. The balance will then be paid in cash, on delivery or collection of your order.

Storing your cake or cupcakes

Please store your cake or cupcakes in a cool place out of the sun, at room temperature. Cakes should not be kept in a fridge, unless they contain cream. Cakes are best eaten within a day or two, but will last for four days, if you can resist eating them for that long!
